The moments when therapy stops moving. The relationships where your own patterns and theirs seem to activate together, and neither of you can quite think straight.
This programme doesn't offer another technique to add to the pile. It offers something slower and more durable: a developmental year spent building the quality of attention that makes those moments workable.
Starting September 2026, Dr Elvin Aydin Keles is leading nine specialist 2 hr workshops with the option to join a reflective practice group to explore more fully.
