About the event

Analysis of a client transcript involves extracting meaningful insights, identifying patterns, and drawing conclusions based on the content.

You may not have come across this before but don't worry, like any other skill, it can be learned and developed.

Putting the recording of your work into a transcript is just the first stage. This workshop will give you confidence in

  • knowing how to choose a piece of client work
  • preparing a transcript
  • knowing how to prepare a front sheet
  • what to include in the front sheet
  • structuring your analysis
  • knowing how to analyse the work
  • understanding what the markers/examiners are looking for

We'll be using case study examples to explore transcript analysis in an applied way and using TA principles.

Who is this workshop for?

The course is aimed at practitioners, trainees or students who are looking to complete a transcript assignments, preparing for CTA or Diploma exams or would just like to know more about analysing their work.
