About the event

The workshop is designed to reflect on current roles which we have to play. Due to these roles, we might lose some of our identity, lose being in touch with our core self and essence. We will be looking at how we can re-claim ourselves.

We all go through different life experiences. Sometimes rough patches and other time more pleasant content phases.

We all would like to hold on to the desired happiness, strength and contentment. Is it possible? Can our moods and being become more content? Probably not.

In our work it is essential to be able to connect with ourselves and our purpose.

During this workshop we will be learning and discussing how these roles impact our lives e.g. parent, professional role, spouse, business partner and look at how we can claim ourselves back from different roles.

We will explore how we identify who we are without these as a person. We will look at how we can re-discover our identity and life purpose.  The workshop includes both reflective and experiential work.
