Three ways to join the programme. Choose the option that works for you - and read the note on reflective practice groups below before booking.
A note on reflective practice groups
Reflective practice groups are available only to participants booking the full nine-module programme (Option B). They cannot be added later, booked separately, or accessed through individual module bookings. If you're considering Option B, book it from the outset — you won't be able to join the reflective practice group mid-year.
OPTION A : Full Programme — Workshops Only
All nine two-hour teaching sessions, September 2026 to May 2027.
Every session is recorded and made available to you afterwards. Does not include reflective practice groups.

Payment in full at time of booking or in 2 instalments. A deposit of £200 is required to secure your place. Full balance due by 5 September 2026.

OPTION B (Recommended): Full Programme Workshops + Reflective Practice Groups
All nine two-hour teaching sessions plus all nine reflective practice groups (third Thursday of each month, 90 minutes). 31.5 CPD hours in total.
The reflective practice groups give you a confidential space to apply the month's learning to your own casework. They run two weeks after each teaching session, are not recorded, and are only available through this option.
Payment in full at time of booking or in 2 instalments. If instalments, a deposit of £300 is required to secure your place. Full balance due by 5 September 2026 .

OPTION C Individual Module Workshops
Book individual sessions as they interest you. Each workshop session is two hours and recorded. Each module is also designed to stand alone, so you can join at any point in the year.
Reflective practice groups are not available with individual module bookings, even if you book multiple modules across the year.

10 September 2026: The relational self: how we come to be who we are
8 October 2026: The past in the present room: understanding transferential phenomena
12 November 2026: Working with what happens between us: the therapeutic relationship as instrument
10 December 2026: Seeing the whole person: relational assessment, case formulation and treatment planning
7 January 2027: When the relationship breaks: rupture, repair and the therapeutic use of failure
11 February 2027: Patterns that outlive their purpose: neurotic organisation and the logic of limitation
11 March 2027: When the therapy stops moving: therapeutic impasse as breakdown in contact, mentalizing and relational flexibility
8 April 2027: Mentalizing under pressure: working with severe self and interpersonal dysfunction
6 May 2027: The efficient therapist: integration, synthesis and what this year has asked of us
What happens after you book
You'll receive a confirmation email from TryBooking immediately after booking. Joining details - including your Zoom link and any pre-session reading - will be sent to all participants the week before the first session for Option A or Option B and week before for individual workshops. Not sure which option is right for you?
If you're a qualified therapist or advanced trainee wanting the most complete learning experience, Option B gives you the teaching sessions and the reflective practice groups - the full year as it was designed to be taken.
If you'd rather try a session before committing to the full year, start with Option C and book a module that interests you. You can always join the full programme the following year.
